…but female solicitors aged 30 and under are a larger majority…
…and female law graduates are a larger majority still.

The pipeline of our talent is increasingly female. Yet women are still not reaching senior or leadership levels as anticipated. Worrying still, they are leaving or considering leaving, in higher numbers than ever before.
What can we do to change this trend? We need cultural and structural change. And to help with that, Look Up and Beyond provides the following services:

We all need support adjusting to change. Whether it’s joining a new firm, returning to work after a career break, or progressing in a role. An external guide can help with these adjustments and take the pressure off all involved, allowing you to concentrate on your day-to-day tasks. Individual and group sessions are designed specifically for your workplace and talents’ needs.
We create a bespoke mentoring programme to meet your business and talent needs. Be it a group session, individual programmes, a firm-wide initiative, or leadership training to implement meaningful mentoring and support, all options are available with the primary objective of retaining and advancing female talent.
Bespoke workshops, based on your business needs, to help you combat barriers and meet your EDI goals. Example topics include communication, technology, intergenerational barriers, microaggressions, and unconscious bias.
