Over the past few months, Diversity+ has been delivering a series of workshops in partnership with Look Up and Beyond, creating space for honest conversations with women about the realities of balancing work, family and career progression. These discussions are now informing a new report, which captures participants' experiences, priorities and recommendations for employers and policymakers.​

Joined by Ishbel Smith, from Heart in Mouth, we will share key findings from the report, explore the issues raised during our workshops, and consider the practical changes needed to better support women to have a successful and sustainable career in law.
