Look Up and Beyond is proud to mark Equal Pay Day with a thought-provoking event exploring the realities of gender pay inequality and what we as individuals can do to accelerate change. Equal Pay Day represents the point in the year when, on average, women effectively stop being paid compared with men because of the gender pay gap.

Through expert insights, lived experiences and practical discussion, we will examine the barriers that continue to drive pay inequality, highlight examples of effective practice, and explore the actions employers, policymakers and individuals can take to create fairer, more equitable workplaces.
